What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We have two Shipping Methods
- Flat rate shipping: A simple method that charges a fixed shipping fee for each order, regardless of the package's size, weight, or destination
- Local delivery or pickup: An alternative to shipping with a carrier that allows customers to buy online and have their order delivered to their home or pick it up from a store
Do You Ship Internationally?
Sorry. we are currently working in India only but we'll available Globally soon.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Express delivery is done for all online paid orders which is within 3 – 6 working days (major cities).
We trying that which Orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched the same working day. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 6 working days from the dispatch date, however, note that no COD order is dispatched until it is confirmed on call.
PAYMENT
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
we accept credit - debit card and UPI transaction for online order with Razorpay payment gateway. Currently Cash On Delivery(COD) not available for online orders
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Yes, online shopping is absolute safe because we using Razorpay Payment Gateway for online transaction and Razorpay is generally safe because it uses a variety of security measures

How do I place an Order?
Simply go to the Product which you want to buy and get it into the cart then fill your order details Like: Name, Email, Address and Mobile Number etc. Then Make Payment and its Done you have Purchased your Product
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Personalized product orders cannot be cancelled / refunded once the order is placed.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, its not Mendatory to make your Account just fill-up your basic order details like: Name, Mobile Number (to get update about order Shipping), Email (to Track your Order), Address (for Shipping your Order).
How Do I Track My Order?
you can track your order from Order Tracking here simply fill your order details like order number and registered Email id
How Can I Return a Product?
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 1 hour of placing the order. Simply email us at order@giftopai.in with your order number mentioned in the subject line. In case you would like to cancel the order after it is dispatched, it can’t be cancelled. Note: Personalized product orders cannot be cancelled / refunded once the order is placed.
